The Officers of NCSEA are elected annually via mail-in ballot. The election results are certified at the Annual Membership Meeting, with terms beginning on January 1 of the year following their election. Terms of office are one year and no officer can serve more than two consecutive terms in the same office. Directors are elected via mail-in ballot.  The election results are certified at the Annual Membership Meeting. Terms are for three years and staggered; one third of the Board is elected each year. No Director can serve more than two consecutive terms.
