Everblue Opens Green Training Facility

Everblue unveiled its first green training facility in Charlotte on January 11.
Attendees participated in hands-on demonstrations of a solar photovoltaic (PV) system and a model home used for home performance training and networked with local politicians, industry professionals, and sustainable community organizations.
The North Carolina State University EcoCAR 2 team showcased its real-world Vehicle Demonstration Process (VDP), which serves as a roadmap for the engineering process of designing, building, and refining advanced technology vehicles, and the Mount Pleasant High School’s JETS Club displayed its electric-powered Porsche 944, which they converted from a traditional gasoline-powered vehicle.
Complimentary hors d’oeuvres and drinks from Armin’s Catering were provided to guests.
