Renewable Energy on Potentially Contaminated Land Webinar Series

Through its RE-Powering America's Land initiative, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is encouraging renewable energy development on current and formerly contaminated land and mining sites. EPA has identified thousands of acres of Brownfield, Superfund, mining, and other potentially contaminated sites with potential for utility scale solar facilities. Siting renewable energy facilities on brownfields offers significant benefits to communities.


Community Wind Across America webinar

This webinar will explore how consumer-owned utilities can benefit from partnering with other utilities to realize economies of scale for community wind projects.  It will also focus on how community wind projects bring together state and local economic development and policy makers with utilities and members of the agriculture and wind energy industries to advance opportunities for locally-owned clean energy production.
