Join The NC Sustainable Energy Association for its Holiday and (New) Office Warming Party on Thursday, December 10, 2009 beginning at 5:30 pm.  Click here to RSVP now, so we can reserve your space.  This holiday party will be special and unlike all others!  NCSEA's Holiday Party will feature a potluck reception, which means we want attendees to bring their favorite dish - ex. your "to die for" cold or hot appetizers, Grandma's special recipe for cookies, or something as simple as chips and salsa from your neighborhood Mexican restaurant (or grocery store).  We know many of our members and supporters are great cooks, so we want to show off these "unsung" talents by providing lots of incredible food choices, which we'll all enjoy sampling with the "holiday spirits" (beverages) that NCSEA and its sponsors will provide.  So, if you're able, please click here to sign-up to bring your favorite dish to our potluck reception or click here to make a tax-deductible contribution to help pay for the Holiday Party expenses.

You may also make your end-of-year contribution towards NCSEA's $25,000 fundraising goal - click here to donate online now.

Don't miss this great opportunity to network with NCSEA's staff and Board of Directors, energy leaders from across our great state and others involved in growing North Carolina's green energy economy!  Join us for a great time of networking, fun and inspiring conversations and friendship while enjoying a potluck of finger foods and drinks.

If you or your company is interested in being a Sponsor of NCSEA's Holiday Party, please contact Julie Robinson at julie@energync.org.

And, be part of NCSEA's official "Office Warming" celebration as we decorate and spread holiday cheer in our (relatively) new office!  NCSEA moved into a more energy efficient and sustainable office near downtown Raleigh in August, so now is your chance to check it out during our holiday party.  Our office is located in the historic, 100-year old Pilot Mill, which housed a large textile mill from the early 1900s until the late 1970s.  In recent years, the three buildings in the complex have been rehabilitated and restored using
original bricks from the site and all salvageable beams, columns and their cast iron bases and caps were retained and reused. Those that could not be salvaged were replaced with timbers of matching vintage, species, dimension and detail, from a South Carolina mill that was being demolished.  Pilot Mill - and NCSEA's office - is a wonderful sight to be seen - and we hope to show it off to all of our friends and supporters at our upcoming Holiday Party!
