NCSEA's New Website - Design with a Purpose
It's official - NCSEA's new web site, www.energync.org, is live and ready for you to learn, connect and engage! NCSEA's staff has been working for months with Third Party Labs and Gamil Design to create an empowering and educational web site that can be used by all North
Carolinians who want to learn more about our state's renewable energy resources, energy efficiency solutions, and green jobs. Please take a look and let us know what you think! (Click here to provide your feedback and suggestions via a short survey.)
The new site is "The Website" for sustainable energy in North Carolina. It's an expanded and interactive portal to NCSEA's wealth of sustainable energy information, policy and regulatory decisions, green jobs and economic development efforts, upcoming events, latest news, and a special password-protected section for top-level NCSEA Business Members. And, NCSEA will also soon launch a Green Jobs Board, which will be used by all North Carolinians - employers and job seekers.

Sustainable Energy Calendar of Events - NCSEA’s new online Sustainable Energy Community Calendar of Events will help you and all North Carolinians get more engaged, make connections, and accelerate networking and learning opportunities of renewable energy, energy efficiency, and green jobs. Please post your renewable energy and energy efficiency related events, trainings, conferences, etc. to our calendar so we can help you spread the word. To submit your event, click here to fill out and submit the form. Your submission will be sent to NCSEA’s staff. Once approved by an administrator within 24-48 hours of submission, your event will appear on our online calendar of events. Help NCSEA list and promote all sustainable energy events in every region of North Carolina - post your event today!
Learn About Renewable Energy & Energy Efficiency - Learn more about the various renewable energy resources, energy efficiency solutions and tips, a wide range of fact sheets, publications by NCSEA and other organizations, and other useful web links via NCSEA's Resources tab. If you want to learn more about what's happening regarding sustainable energy in North Carolina, then check out our valuable Resources section first.
Expanded News Section - Stay up-to-date on the latest news and advancements from NCSEA regarding renewable energy and energy efficiency in North Carolina, as well as regional and national trends that impact our state. Look for frequent news and blog stories written by NCSEA staff or catch-up on news stories you may have missed from across North Carolina - all of which is searchable by topic.
NCSEA's Members Only Section - In the coming days, NCSEA Members will receive an email or letter from NCSEA with your log in and password for NCSEA's new interactive web site. Once Members have this information, go to NCSEA's Members Only Page, log in and you can then access your Membership Profile or renew your membership. Top-level Business Members will also have greater online access to policy and regulatory information, NCSEA's logo program, and other great membership benefits.
Green Energy Photos from Across North Carolina - NCSEA's new web site features lots of exciting and interesting sustainable energy related photos from across our great state. A special thank you to our valuable individual and business members and others who shared their photos with us, which have been posted throughout our web site. If you would like your sustainable energy related photos to appear on NCSEA's web site, please email them to julie@energync.org.
Learn about sustainable energy while saving energy - As you will see, NCSEA's new website features a slightly darker background color, which was specially chosen by NCSEA to help your computer use less energy. Enjoy browsing through our site to learn more about sustainable energy while your computer saves energy! NCSEA's website is also powered by NC GreenPower, which supplements our state's existing power supply with more green energy sources like solar, wind and organic matter.

Green Jobs Board - In the coming weeks, NCSEA will launch a new and expansive Green Jobs Board, which will be used by all North Carolinians - employers and job seekers. NCSEA's Gigawatt and Megawatt Members will be able to post an unlimited number of job openings to the site and anyone else can post a job for $100. Post your job and NCSEA will help you find the most qualified candidates...stay tuned for more details coming soon!
Expansive Online Business Directory - NCSEA is in the process of launching an expanded Online Business Directory, which will include information on each of NCSEA's Business Members. In the coming days, we encourage all Business Members to log in to our new web site and update your company profile information, which is the basis of our online Business Directory and will be used by consumers across our state.
