Making Energy Work: Building a Sustainable Energy Economy in the Southeast

Volunteer

NCSEA continually relies on volunteers in the office and at our program sites to help make sure we have enough hands on deck. If you are interested in volunteering, use the form below.

Select the tasks that you would be interested in helping with, then tell us a little bit about youself.

Be part of the team in NCSEA's Raleigh Office

The work of NCSEA is never finished!  Join our team as a volunteer in our Raleigh office to help us with a broad array of administrative, member services, and communications projects.  Please include any preferred projects in the "comments" box at the bottom of this page.  Thank you!

Help with Green Building Pavilion

I would like to volunteer at the NCSEA Green Building Pavilion at either the Raleigh Southern Ideal Home Show on September 26 through 28, 2008, or the March 2009 Charlotte Southern Spring & Garden Home Show on March 4 through 9, 2009.  You can volunteer from a few hours to the entire show!

Help with the Green Building and Solar Tour
I can help with the 2008 NC Green Building and Solar Tour.  Volunteers at all levels of time commitment are greatly appreciated on event dates October 4 and 11, and for preparation and wrap-up anytime during the period July 14 through October 30, 2008.  If you know, please tell us when you are available in the "comments" box at the bottom of the page before submitting your contact information.

Need more info to decide?
Please type your questions in the "Comments" box and send them to us.  You can see highlights of the 2007 Tour by downloading the 2007 Statewide Green Building & Solar Tour Book.
Host an NCSEA fundraiser

As a non-profit organization, our ability to work with you is made possible by the generous financial support of members, donors and sponsors who find value in helping fund NCSEA.  Would you like to host a house party or other type of fundraiser to show your support for NCSEA?  Please check this option, enter a brief description of your idea in the "comments" box and Van Crandall, NCSEA Development Director will follow-up with you.

Member Recruitment
Members are the back bone of NCSEA.  Are you itnerested in helping NCSEA recruit new members and provide valuable benefits for our current members?
Pro Bono Opportunities
NCSEA appreciates the time and expertise that folks have given over the years to improve the quality and breadth of our public policy, education and market development work.  If you are interested in pro bono professional opportunities with the NCSEA team please provide a brief description in the "comments" box and the appropriate staff member will follow up with you. Thank you!
Represent NCSEA at the SEE Expo 2008 in August
Help NCSEA Program Manager Steve Fountain represent NCSEA at our booth at the SEE Expo 2008.  NCSEA volunteers will receive free admission to the Expo for each day they volunteer, paid for by NCSEA.
