Legislative Guide
NCSEA first published our annual legislative guide in 2005, and in some years it has been read by more than 15,000 people. Annually, this guide reaches over 10,000 citizens, playing a vital role in educating the public about pending and recent legislation concerning: renewable energy, energy efficiency and high performance buildings, energy and economic development, climate change, and other energy sources. The guide also explains how a bill becomes a law, and overviews the form and function of the NC Utilities Commission.

2011 Clean Energy Legislative Guide
NCSEA is pleased to announce the 7th edition of its annual North Carolina Clean Energy Legislative Guide, which provides information and bill status on all energy-related bills introduced during this year's legislative session. (This document, including bill status, is updated weekly during the legislative session.)

2010 Legislative Guide
The North Carolina Sustainable Energy Association is pleased to announce today's publication of the 2010 North Carolina Sustainable Energy Legislative Guide - an overview of all energy related legislation being considered this session, including non-sustainable energy resources.
