NCSEA is pleased to announce the 4^th edition of its annual North Carolina Sustainable Energy Legislative Guide and 2007 Legislative Session Wrap-Up.

Annually, this guide reaches over 10,000 citizens, playing a vital role in educating the public about pending and recent legislation concerning:  renewable energy, energy efficiency and high performance buildings, energy and economic development, climate change, and a new section this year - oil, gas and coal. 

NCSEA is not advocating for the oil and offshore drilling bills listed here.  These bills are included to ensure citizens and business are aware of these proposed unsustainable approaches to resolving our long-term energy crisis.

The guide also explains how a bill becomes a law, and overviews the form and function of the NC Utilities Commission.
