Co-Chair

Chase oversees a portfolio of federally funded and utility-sponsored weatherization and energy efficiency programs designed to serve low-income, elderly, individuals with disabilities, veterans, and other energy burdened residential households primarily in Virginia and parts of West Virginia for CHP Energy Solutions. He and his team coordinate with state offices, trade associations, electric and gas utilities, local government officials, subcontractors, and trade allies to deliver services safely and effectively, serving more than 13,000 households since 2015. He is a Certified Energy Manager®, licensed Virginia Residential Building Energy Analyst, a past fellow with the Clean Energy Leadership Institute, and recognized on Energy News Network’s 2020 40 Under 40 list of clean energy leaders. Chase joined CHP Energy Solutions in 2010 after completing a B.S. in Environmental Policy & Planning at Virginia Tech.
