The City of Monroe Energy Services is seeking a qualified contractor to provide construction services for municipal-owned natural gas and electric facilities. The Contractor will install and perform maintenance on natural gas pipelines, electric distribution lines and fiber optic cables. Summary: Duke Energy is soliciting proposals from solar photovoltaic (PV) facilities located in and directly interconnected to one of Duke Energy’s retail service areas in South Carolina. Solar PV proposals must have a nameplate capacity sized greater than 1 MWac but less than 10 MWac. To respond to this RFP, proposed facility must have, at minimum, completed the System Impact Study stage of the Duke Energy Interconnection process.
