Summary: The City of Raleigh is solicitating proposals to contract for the following services: Performing infrastructure assessments at selected City of Raleigh facilities in consideration of the site modifications necessary to allow electric fleet vehicles to be based at these locations. This will include analysis of existing site conditions including electrical and logistical, requirements for site modifications to house the electric vehicle fleet and associated electric vehicle supply equipment, and cost estimates for the necessary modifications. The Community Progress Fund is focused on testing ideas, expanding promising efforts, and achieving greater impact in communities with limited philanthropic resources. The fund is designed to provide an infusion of short-term funding and it is intended to build on existing momentum to help move an issue, idea or  organization forward. The organization's goal is to award a significant portion of grants to organizations that are run by and primarily serve people of color, therefore ZSRF strongly encourages applications from these organizations.

North Carolina Volkswagen Settlement Program Phase 1: Zero Emission Vehicle Infrastructure Program -- Level 2 Charging Stations (Rebate Program)

This RFP for the Level 2 Zero-Emission Vehicle (ZEV) Charging Infrastructure Program will assist interested parties in applying for funds using a first-come, first-served rebate process to install light-duty ZEV Level 2 charging infrastructure, as described in the North Carolina Volkswagen Mitigation Plan. Rebate

applications will be accepted until the funds are exhausted. See the RFP for information on who may apply for funding, the funding levels for this program, project eligibility, match requirements, activities eligible for funding, and other information that will help applicants plan their projects and submit proposals.
