City of Monroe Energy Services Blanket Contract RFP

The City of Monroe Energy Services is seeking a qualified contractor to provide construction services for municipal-owned natural gas and electric facilities. The Contractor will install and perform maintenance on natural gas pipelines, electric distribution lines and fiber optic cables. DEC and DEP South Carolina DER Utility Scale Tier III Solar RFP

Summary: Duke Energy is soliciting proposals from solar photovoltaic (PV) facilities located in and directly interconnected to one of Duke Energy’s retail service areas in South Carolina. Solar PV proposals must have a nameplate capacity sized greater than 1 MWac but less than 10 MWac. To respond to this RFP, proposed facility must have, at minimum, completed the System Impact Study stage of the Duke Energy Interconnection process. Offshore Wind (OSW) Supply Chain & Infrastructure Assessments

The RFP seeks expertise in OSW development, particularly as it relates to supply chain, infrastructure requirements and long-term service needs. The objective is to determine how North Carolina can position itself to compete in OSW as well as pinpoint the state’s advantages to attract and develop key OSW industry segments.

The contract is projected to last nine (9) months, beginning on the date the contract is awarded. The applicant will need to demonstrate in the RFP experience with public and/or private sector clients with similar or greater size and complexity to the State of North Carolina.
