As NCSEA’s Member Services Specialist, Roxanne supports the Energy Data Solutions, Membership, and Communications teams with energy optimization programs, member integration, events, marketing, and communications. Prior to NCSEA, Roxanne worked at the North Carolina Building Performance Association (NCBPA) and the North Carolina Society of Engineers (NCSE) as their Member Services Specialist.

Roxanne graduated from Central Carolina Community College with dual degrees in Construction Technologies and Sustainability Technologies and she also holds a degree in Registered Nursing. In her spare time, Roxanne is an Adjunct Instructor at Central Carolina Community College for the Construction Technologies program.
