Corporate & Commercial LEED Project Showcase

Corporations are investing in high-performance, healthy spaces as a core component of their business strategy. Featured projects in this showcase feature a range of corporate spaces including commercial offices, warehouse & distribution, and retail from across the Carolinas. Project teams highlight the goals, strategies, outcomes, and lessons learned from four local projects that have achieved LEED certification through high-energy case studies. Each project represents what is possible in applying various versions of the LEED rating system across building types and phases of a projects life – design, construction and operations, and what approaches project team members use to ensure performance post-certification.
