Farm-to-Table Dinner, Cooking Class, and Stay at the Lovill House Inn in Boone NC

Saturday, November 16th, Sun Raised Foods is hosting an intimate 4 course Farm to Table dinner at the historic Lovill House Inn in Boone NC.

The event will start with a tour of the Lovill House property which was recognized as the sustainable energy project of the year in 2021, the sustainable tourism award in 2022 and has the highest rating for NC Green travel. It is the first luxury, commercial property that can operate entirely off grid.

Guests will sit down to a 4 course lamb dinner paired with wines or beers. The Chef will present each course featuring a different cut of lamb raised on the pastures of North Carolina solar farms, then teach guests how to prepare each course for themselves at home.
