NCSEA reserves the right to use any photograph/video taken at any organized or sponsored event, without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph/video. NCSEA may use the photograph/video in publications or other media material produced, used or contracted by NCSEA including but not limited to: brochures, magazines, presentations, social media, websites, etc.

A person attending an NCSEA event who does not wish to have their photograph/video recorded for distribution should make their wishes known to the photographer and the event organizers, or contact info@energync.org, in writing of their intentions and include a photograph. NCSEA will use the photo for identification purposes and will hold it in confidence.

By participating in an NCSEA event or by failing to notify NCSEA in writing of your desire to not have your photograph/video used by NCSEA, you are agreeing to release, defend, hold harmless, and indemnify NCSEA from any and all claims involving the use of your photograph/video or likeness.

Any person or organization not affiliated with NCSEA may not use, copy, alter, or modify NCSEA photographs, graphics, videography, or other similar reproductions and recordings without the advance written permission of an authorized designee from NCSEA.
