ENERGY EFFICIENCY SECTOR GROUP

By far, the energy efficiency sector is the largest energy employment market in the state. From ensuring new homes are built with efficiency technologies and processes, to retrofitting old manufacturing plants to new purposes and operations, to new manufacturing processes that use fewer BTU to make the same amount of product energy efficiency, opportunities abound. Many engineers, contractors, and product suppliers can help make your home, business, or manufacturing process better, more efficient, and more cost-effective. NCSEA’s experience with the energy efficiency industry in policy and in research make us a perfect convener to bring together collective voices from across the state.

NCSEA’s Energy Efficiency Sector Group convenes an active dialogue toward the following goals:

  1. Energy quality management of installation
  2. Ensure building energy codes are effective and enforced
  3. Analysis of sector employment
