As a member of the Energy Data Solutions team at NCSEA, John plays a critical role in managing and organizing NCSEA’s data. He has more than 35 years of experience as a software engineer and database developer. John builds clean energy-related databases, data warehouses, and interactive data visualizations. He also crafts custom applications and automates previously manual processes.

John holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Systems Engineering degree from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. He and his wife Carolyn live in an energy-efficient solar home in Wake County.
