As Senior Regulatory Counsel, Taylor works to advance clean energy policies at the North Carolina Utilities Commission and other legal and policy-making venues.

Taylor provides NCSEA with legal analysis of clean energy policy and supports clean energy’s advancement and fair competition in the state’s regulatory landscape. Taylor graduated from the University of Florida in 2015 with a bachelor's degree in Environmental Science and from Yale Law School in 2018.
